In this role, you will be responsible for delivering key technical training courses to your assigned site. Join our global team of experts and grow your IT career with us.**Responsibilities**:**This role will**:- Create, design, plan and deliver high-impact technology training.- Create fast-track training (bootcamps) using applied learning, real case scenarios, simulations, labs, projects, and challenges.- Collaborate on innovative, custom proposals to improve identified technical and leadership skills as aligned to business objectives and KPIs.- Participate in digital transformation and consultancy projects as needed.- Review and maintain data security measures with network operations and data processing staff.- Develop and administer technology training delivery logistics.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.- Professional fluency in both written and oral English.- At least 5 years of IT experience, including consultant experience and virtualization of servers and desktops.- 300 minimum hours of experience in training creation, design, planning, and delivery.- Technical proficiency with any of the following technologies: Office365, Azure, Windows server, Dynamics, AWS, Data Science & Data Business/Analytics Profile, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science and Cybersecurity.- One or more of the following certifications are preferred: PMP, CAMP, ITIL, SIXSIGMA, SCRUM, MCT, AWS mentor, or equivalent training certification.- Proven experience in and knowledge of digital transformation projects.- Excellent presentation, communication, and adult learning facilitation skills.- Proactive, collaborative team-player able to work independently.- Curiosity about technology and emerging trends.- Drive, focus, and out-of-the-box thinking.- Willingness and ability to travel for training and conferences.
