Additionally, this role encompasses the management, prioritization, and reporting on customer insight driven demand for improving customer experience received by the Field Technology organization. This leader is an integral part of our technology strategy that aligns the organization around our customers.What You'll Bring:Key Responsibilities Oversee the process of receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer experience challenges, ensuring timely and efficient engagement with Global Technology resources.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, technology support, and product management, to meet requirements and deadlines.Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.Develop and implement strategies for gathering and incorporating voice of customer insights into software development processes and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.Monitor progress of initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or information technology related fields.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Information Technology or Product Management role, with a focus on project management and customer engagement.Proven leader with strong collaborate experience managing cross organizational teams.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Impact You'll Make:This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job TitleAdvisor, Software Development
