Tour Guide

As a small team, we expect you to be able to be multifunctional and a team player (we can teach you virtually everything!), but you will be mainly focused on some of the activities we have for our guests (coffee tasting, taking photos and videos of our guests during surf sessions, pool sessions, video analysis, yoga & surfing)We hire based on passion and drive - if you have that and are active we can teach you what you need to make our guests raving fans**You**:- Speak English (does not have to be perfect, but communication is key to the experience of our guests)- Loving making people/guests happy- Are solutions focused- Are a team player- Have your own transport (or willing to get it, or even willing to walk if you need to!)- Are willing to move to the area of Dominical Costa Rica- Can Swim- Have a driving license- Love teaching/coaching/instructing- Are easy to interact with- Eager to learn anything and love a challenge- Have, most importantly, drive and passion.
