Travel & Fulfillment Executive (On-Site)

**Objective**:As an associate providing service to clients and customers, you have a passion for the travel industry, are a natural problem solver who loves to tackle complex air ticketing issues and hotel bookings, and are a strong verbal and written communicator. A travel executive will need to be able to easily distinguish and make recommendations for travelers looking for a good travel experience.**Hard skills**:- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85 %>) (Must).- Customer Service experience (Must).- Knowledge of native Sabre as GDS. (Must).- Knowledge of fares, airline contracts, rules & regulations, and ticketing.- Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels, and Ground Transportation.- Excellent computer skills, a willingness, and an eagerness to excel at technical systems.**Soft skills**:- Good geographical knowledge with the ability to demonstrate specific excellence in North American geography.- Commitment to continuous growth and learning.- A high level of understanding, patience, and empathy to navigate difficult customer conversations with professionalism under pressure.**Responsibilities**:- Support customers via voice (phone) support to ensure they have the best possible pre- and post-booking service.
