You should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.**Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales- Identify potential customers and their needs through effective questioning- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products or services- Handle objections and overcome barriers to sale- Update customer information in our CRM system- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales techniques- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a cold caller or sales representative- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated- Experience using CRM software- Good time-management skills- A positive attitude and a willingness to learnCompensation: This is a commission-based role with a competitive commission structure. The more sales you generate, the higher your commission will be.
