Warehouse Clerk (On-Site)

**Objective**:The warehouse clerk processes return orders, accepts assets and goods deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organized and clean, which includes everything from physically moving products around the warehouse space to properly maintaining all shipping as well as receiving records.**Hard skills**:- Advanced Excel (must).- Knowledge of Office 365 (must),- Must be proficient with computerized systems and internet management (must).- Be able to work at any site (must).- Prior expertise in logistics and inventory (desired).**Soft skills**:- Teamwork.- Adaptability to change.- Organized.- Capability to assimilate a dynamic environment.**Responsibilities**:- Keep the correct tracking and logging for all (assets and goods) inventories in the company systems, guaranteeing there are no inconsistencies or outdated information.- Packs and Shipps assets and goods based on the organization procedures, guaranteeing quality control standards compliance and proper delivery to the corresponding key stakeholder.- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse on a day-to-day basis.- Audits the equipment entry based on the program checklist and inspects all the orders being received and shipped.- Validates and notifies of any damaged, defective, or missing parts /items of the Assets Coordinator.**Benefits**:- Educational reimbursement.- Compensation and benefits.- Medical Service.- Tech Academy.
