2024 Summer Intern: Ux Research Intern

Start and end dates for this internship are during summer 2024 (3 months)"May - August" or "June - September" for quarter system schools.IBM Software is looking for a UX Research Intern for our San Jose, California location. This intern role will work with one of our IBM Software product teams and will have the following responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of user experience research including: usability studies, interviews, competitive evaluations, surveys, expert heuristic evaluations, card sorts, tree tests, task analyses, etc. This internship provides a chance to join a well-established group of researchers in a mature organization.Help prepare data collection materials (e.g., discussion guides), help synthesize user research findings, co-create presentations, and participate in the general documentation of research techniques and processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional peers on the product team to understand and measure user experience for IBM Software products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working on complex software projects.
