**Job Summary**:Follows procedures and guidelines to provide service to customers in a timely manner.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:- Provides the highest level of customer service at all times to internal and external customers (20%)- Creates follow-ups with customers in order to provide the best customer experience. (20%)- Identifies issues that need escalation and passes on to the appropriate person. (15%)- Performs additional duties as assigned (15%)- Follows department guidelines for methods of research and accuracy. (5%)- Maintains notes in appropriate systems.
