Come join us and together we can make a difference in the future of healthcare.**Responsibilities**:- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.- Assist Controller in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.- Perform standard cost updates.- Manage purchasing and travel cards.- Perform cash reconciliations.- Post and process PD (product development) billing.- Assist with other accounting projects.**Qualifications**:- Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting, or Student of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.- 2 - 3 years of accounting experience.- English skills of 85% (oral, written & comprehension).- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP.- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.- Self-managed and motivated.- Excellent organizing abilities.- Analytical acumen with numbers and figures.- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.- Reliable and punctual to work with a focus on world class customer service.Some of your BenefitsHealth InsuranceEducation ReimbursementSustainability & Social CommitmentFlexible Work ModelsSafe EnvironmentThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
