About the Role:
Provide support to the Financial Departments across the Latin America region in one or more of the following areas: Bank reconciliations, general accounting, and fixed assets.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Assure financial accuracy by preparing business unit and consolidated income statements and balance sheets and other accounting statements and reports. Supports all legal entity closings
:Collaborate with the Finance Departments on maintaining and monitoring Boston Scientific and acute;s Fixed Assets, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines and better profession practices, both internally and externally.
:Collaborate with the Finance Departments in the implementation of the Site and acute;s Internal Control System (including SOX Regulations), the development of procedures, and the execution of internal audits, which allow Boston Scientific to comply with local and international Finance regulations.
:Assist the Finance Department in recording accounting transactions,maintenance and control of balance sheet accounts as well as in the critical tasks of treasury, such as reconciliation of bank accounts and control and management of bank balances as to meet and exceed both internally and externally, with legal guidelines and best practices of the profession.
:Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvements, standardizing processes across multiple legal entities.
:Collaborate with the Latin America Finance Departments in a positive way to assure customer service is highly valued within Global Business Services.
What Were Looking For:
:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration
:Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
:English Level required B2+ (80:89)
:Portuguese language proficiency is highly desirable
