Come join us and together we can make a difference in the future of healthcare.**Responsibilities**:- Process all payments, including checks, wires, ACH and credit cards.- Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes.- Monitor credit holds.- Maintain accounts receivable customer files.- Process monthly statement to be mailed to customers.- Reconciliation of customer statements- Perform AR and cash accounts reconciliation- Provide documentation/reports to auditors for local accounting- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.- Other AR and accounting related tasks as needed- Maintains adherence to company policies**Qualifications**:- 2 years related accounts receivable cycle (OTC) experience- Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting, or Student of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (85%)- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, objective/goal oriented- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results- Reliable and punctual to work with a focus on world class customer serviceSome of your BenefitsMeal allowance: Allowance makes meals more affordableEducation reimbursement: Financial aid to help propel your career to the next levelTraining / Career development: Programs to supercharge skills and expertiseDiversity & Inclusion: Enter a diversity-driven world of innovationSustainability / Community service: Making a difference with sustainability, community serviceAdditional InformationRoy Vargas- Discover more about us
