**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Provides leadership, training and HR related activity to the AR Supervisors and lead Team.2. Responsible for associate relations functions including hiring, performance management, development, training and terminating.3. Monitors the activities of the AR team to ensure proper and consistent compliance with company approved credit and collectionpolicies and procedures. Assures team is delivering the highest level of customer service and professionalism to internal/external customers.4. Ensures the integrity of the AR.5. Provides Bad Debt expense budget and expectations plus reports on all bad debt via monthly reporting.6. Responsible for conducting monthly, mid-year and annual reviews of AR Supervisor.7. Manages workflow and assists in coaching in an effort to achieve assigned goals and objectives.8. Works closely with various departments to ensure customers' expectations are met.9. Participates in financial and operational audits, as required.10. Participate in customer visits and meetings as needed;11. Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.12. Performs related duties as assigned.**Requisitos**:**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocationsgenerally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.**MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS**:Knowledge of various financial management areas such as accounts receivable principles, credit and collection principles, uniformcommercial code, business law, plan development, productivity and profitability analysis. Understanding of ABC policies, philosophy, goalsand objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets. Working knowledge of accounting and planningsoftware packages. Strong leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills. Strongmathematical and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Ability to follow and interpret profit and loss statements.
