*** Please read before applying *** - Call center looking for customer service call center agents with advanced English skills (85% or B2+).
- Chat accounts require candidates to have excellent writing skills (good grammar, punctuation, and spelling).
- Day and graveyard shifts are available (availability varies depending on the site).
- Candidates must be able to handle working under pressure with customers from the United States.
- We do NOT have Spanish accounts at the moment.

Requirements:

- ORIGINAL COPY of your high school diploma (you must have it if you want to apply for the job).
- Advanced English skills, minimum 85%.
- Availability to work at one of these sites: Hatillo, Moravia, Heredia and San Pedro.
- No experience needed.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- ID up to date.
- If you are a foreigner you need to have permission to work in the country and to have apostilled diplomas.

Only people who meet all the above requirements will be taken into consideration.
