Your duties will also include:- Utilise a wide variety of research tools, manuals, bulletins, and guidelines for transaction and entity reviews- Deliver high quality, productivity, efficiency, attendance results that meet the identified targets- Participate in the department's educational program through bulletins, training sessions, and sanctions or regulatory updates.- Ensure that Sanction, Interdictions and PEP cases are correctly referred and appropriately escalated- Adherence to the established guidelines and proceduresYou'll ideally have and be able to commit to:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Fluency in English (essential)- Multitasking skills- Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail during repetitive tasks- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environmentYou must be able to commit to a shift pattern of Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.Join us, and let's move money simply, securely, smartlyLI- DI1
