To play a proactive role in Business Intelligence at the evaluation of business processes. Identify areas of opportunity with proposals for improvement reflected in information platforms that provide accurate data, on time, and with the highest quality of analysis for decision making. Also, execute better practices within the framework of a multinational company. Apply the knowledge that results from a strong experience in Financial Planning and/or Business Intelligence to design and implement more efficient processes. In this role the person will have to prepare and analyze the financial information of actual results based on the requirements of different stakeholders (FP&A Manager, Financial Director, Country manager) as well as the preparation of strategic analysis and project evaluation. Some of the main characteristics desired for this position are effective communication, leadership, ability to work as a team, efficient database management, coordination, and implementation of better practices.Main ResponsabilitiesEffective management of databases for analysis of sales, expenses, results, identification of opportunities, and generation of proposals for improvement.Budget and forecast: Support in preparing the annual budget for the company in partnership with the finance managers and leaders of different functional areas. It is required to have a strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.Advanced use of presentation tools, both visually and with intelligent and/or analytical content.Perform financial analysis as assigned, on projects, financial statements, and any other source of information to obtain key business indicators.Preparation and consolidation of executive reports to give clarity about the current business situation, identifying areas of opportunity, and following upon them.Trend analysis of relevant variables (sales, market share, margin, investments, macroeconomic indicators, and main spending lines (fixed and variable), among others).Use of relevant information sources, systems, and tools that allow the simulation of results for the decision-making of the leadership team.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics or an alternative career.3- 8 years experience in positions of Financial Analysis or Business Intelligence.Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI and/or others.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, mainly Excel and PowerPointAbility to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.Best practices: Ability to work across different levels of process maturity, being able to bring and implement best practices acquired from other international organizations.Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators, translate data into crisp messages, and actionable information into drive results.Ability to summarize big amounts of information into concise and structured presentation decks.Working effectively in teams and close cooperation with the Corporate Finance team and local teams within Latin America.Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners across the company.Demonstrate strong listening, written, oral communication, and presentation skills.Driven, energetic, enthusiastic, structured, hands-on, to the point, analytical, good planning skills, authentic, proactive.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and facilitation skills, interpersonal effectiveness, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
