The Data Cleansing is the process of detecting and correcting (or removing) corrupt or inaccurate records from a record set, table, or database. The Data Cleanser Analyst will play a key role within the Global Business Services group. The position is responsible to provide data analysis, increase data accuracy, reporting, and driving change. The analyst will have exposure to all aspects of the Source to Pay service line.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:
Creating data and liaising with database in SAP/ Ariba through ongoing cleansing of migration data.
:
Communicating to the fulfilment team that these attributes have been requested and when completed.
:
Provide analytical support to leads and efforts that require master data support and knowledge.
:
Identify issues, risks and dependencies with the data.
:
Research and investigate data irregularities/anomalies.
:
Execute plan for dealing with data anomalies against criteria.
:
Source and populate missing data.
:
Manage conflicting data.
:
Provide SME knowledge of master data system table structures, interfaces, source system platforms, governance/maintenance processes, and technologies.

Create a networking work environment with different functions in order to process the data cleansing activities. Functions could vary from Purchasing, Vendor Master, Supplier Enablement , IT, AP and others.

Bachelors degree in accounting or Business Administration

English Level required: 80

Desired knowledge: SAP, Excel, Knowledge in reconciling bank accounts and seats accounting, Local an US accounting standards, Free trade zone rules, Payroll System

At least 2 years of experience in similar position
