The Senior FP&A Analyst, reporting to the Associate Director of Credit&Collection, is a key member of the Credit & Collections team responsible for leading complex financial analysis and research initiatives. This role provides technical expertise and leads rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and provides reporting, planning, and analytical support to GBS management. Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills are essential, along with significant experience in order-to-cash processes. Key Responsibilities: Work on complex financial and statistical analysis to support business initiatives and operations. Maintain a broad range of standard financial, operational, and statistical reports. Evaluate operational and financial systems or procedures, recommending new or revised methods and controls. Update operational reports and presentations, including analysis and recommendations. Manage and complete special projects and analytic research, presenting findings to senior management. Provide ad-hoc analysis and information to Corporate and/or Division Finance, Treasury, and other groups. Work on automation of OTC processes with AI, RPA, and other tools in coordination with the GBS Automation team. What Makes You a Great Fit: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance required. 3+ years of relevant working experience in an international company with a global footprint. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues related to process, technology, strategy, or people. Excellent financial acumen to develop business cases supporting new or improved service proposals. Executive presence, communication, and influence skills to develop compelling value propositions and influence executive-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table,Macros, etc.), and advanced PowerPoint creation skills. Experience with ERP technology, including SAP, is advantageous. Quality Requirements: Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures. Ensure appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
