**Analyst, Third-Party Labor Operations - Santa Ana Costa Rica**Are you interested in joining a globally diverse organization where our unique contributions are recognized and celebrated, allowing each of us to thrive Then, it's time to join Western Union as an **Analyst, Third-Party Labor Operations.****Western Union powers your pursuit.****Role Responsibilities**:- Demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency within the Third-Party Labor contract management discipline.- Act as a key contributor and ambassador in continuously improving GSP's contract management related procedures, systems, communications, and training.- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with GSP team members, WU Legal, and WU business units engaged in contract administration activities.- Administer evaluate, negotiate, and execute supplier contracts, statements of work, letters of authorization, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents supporting Third-Party Labor within multiple internal lines of business to ensure compliance with WU policies and applicable laws and regulations.- Maintain databases and repositories of supplier agreements (Vendor Management System, Oracle)- Ensure compliance with WU contract preparation, approval, and signatory requirements.**Role Requirements**:- Knowledge of Third-Party Labor contract law, terms and conditions, and applicable regulations, laws, and policies- Excellent analytical and assessment skills including the ability to summarize results and communicate conclusions concisely.- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of employees, management, vendors, partners and third parties.- English Proficiency- Contingent Labor Program experience a plus, but not required.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
