Medtronic walks the walk, creating an inclusive culture where you can thrive.To learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at Medtronic Click Here**A Day in the Life**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.**- **Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.**:- **Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.**:- **Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.****Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- **Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering industrial or related**:- **Requires 1 year of relevant experience oh 1 year as an intern in Supply chain is preferable.**:- **Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems.**:- **Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish communication (C1 - B2+).****Nice to Have**- **APICS, IBF, or similar professional certification.**:- **Experience in Medical Device Industry.**:- **Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification.**:- **Strong analytical, planning, Excel, and organizational skills.**:- **SAP Experience required.**:- **Team work.****About Medtronic****Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
