Join Western Union as an **Associate, AML Compliance.****Western Union powers your pursuit.**We are looking for the responsible of providing technical support for Agents and/or Services Associates in Western Union, for the Agent Victim Fraud (AVF) department.**Role Responsibilities**- Your daily tasks will include to work with Agent and Customer inquiries.- Utilizes all available tools and analyses relevant information to identify if fraud was committed against the company.- Performing due diligence, review the agent's account activity to detect any pattern of fraud, prevent fraudulent money transfer to be paid.- Secures the location to prevent loss by suspending the WU services using specific tools.- Interviews WU Agents, documents fraud incidents and prepares a detailed report for WU partners and stakeholders.- Handles reinstatement requests and related issues.**Role Requirements**- High school degree required.- Fluency in English B2+ or C1 is expected and needed it in this role.- Strong verbal, written and listening skills.- Good communication, time management, teamwork, and collaboration skills.- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask.- Analytical, decision-making, and attentive to detail skills**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
