We believe when money moves, better things happen.**Better requires a process, discipline, and simplification**We require you to take on complex analytical responsibilities within multiple transformation programs and enhancement projects in Western Union. You will act as a bridge between business users and technology groups transforming their needs and requirements into functional specifications. Also, you will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, developing, and implement solutions with a cross-functional team. Supervise requirements traceability information and record requirements status during the project. In addition, your duties will include participating in testing activities including the creation of detailed test plans, test cases, and execution. As part of the project, you will assist in documenting user stories, requirements, business requirements document and communicating the results of your efforts. Manage and track the success of the implementation throughout the project lifecycle using dashboards. You must have an eye for detail when it comes to mapping business processes and technical capabilities, producing accurate reports for the execution. In some instances, you will need to perform monitoring and controlling tasks such as integration, quality, defect, and stakeholders' management.For this role, it is preferred that you would have experience in Technology or Financial service industries in the analyst or similar roles and a degree in IT, finance, or business administration fields. Be fluent in spoken and written English (81%-B2+) language as you'll have to work in large multinational global programs related to the transformation of business processes, IT systems, or transitions. Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. A history of supporting successful projects is desired.
