Associate Finance - Billing

Job Description The Associate, Billing Specialist Impact:Create billing drafts, review for accuracy, and ensure the invoicing meets clients' guidelines globally.Creation of contract billing milestones into our SAP systems.Prepare and publish various global status/workflow reports to the business.Cancellation/re-generation of invoices that do not comply with the required criteria.Collaborate with internal finance/ops business partners to achieve the right level of operational support for complex client billings and ensure billing accuracy.Understanding of the financial and accounting impacts of billing activity.Adhere to company standard operating procedures, financial and process internal controls, and SLAs.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience: At least 1 year business experience.Experience in a Digital Agency, consulting, or professional services organization.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.Experience working in a Globally Distributed Model preferred.Strong skills including Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.Set Yourself Apart With: Degree in Finance / Business.Work experience with SAP billing/AR is preferred.English proficiency - your resume must be submitted in English for consideration.
