Growth**-oriented people who develop competencies for future business growth.**What you will do**:**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**- Build, manage and develop team of accounting professionals, including setting of annual objectives and completion of the team annual reviews.- Calculate, reconcile, and analyze Inventory and Inventory reserves for period close.- Prepare the more complex month end journal entries, review and approve those journals completed by the team members.- Ensure all Inventory reports generated by ERP systems are accurate, complete, and reconcile to the General Ledger.- Support ERP system configuration, testing and wave deployments.- Prepare the more complex accounting reconciliations, review and approve reconciliations completed by the team members in accordance with Stryker policies.- Review and approval all DAR requests.- Maintain process documentation (DTP's) and narratives ensuring they are kept up to date.- Support external and internal audits, ensuring all requests are completed in a timely manner, any findings are appropriately challenged, and management actions plans completed.- Partner with the Senior Manager in developing strong communication channels with the business units, scoping and implementation of any reporting requirements, and executing any inventory related projects.
