Associate, Human Resources– Santa Ana Costa Rica Are you interested in joining a globally diverse organization where our unique contributions are recognized and celebrated, allowing each of us to thrive Then, it's time to join Western Union as an Associate, Human Resources. Western Union powers your pursuit. As a Human Resources Associate you will be working in the Shared Services organization to support the AMERICAS region, providing first-line support to managers and employees across the organization. The Human Resources Associate is the primary point of contact for our employees providing Tier I customer service support by engaging with employees via email, instant message, and phone. This role provides human resources and process support, including, but not limited to general inquiries, and special projects.Role Responsibilities:Act as first line support to general Human Resources inquiries from management, employees, and Human Resources Business Partners across the region.Manage the Ticketing system (Service Now), prioritizing inquiries and providing consistent responses to employees. Managing Workday inbox.Liaise closely with AMERICAS with Tier 2, Tier 3, and Management to provide accurate and timely response to inquiries from managers and employees throughout the Company. You will be expected to follow and create employee and management self-service documentation and job aids. Be flexible and open to new responsibilities, based in our "Center of Excellence" status. Support Global tasks and processes in partnership with our Shared Services located in Asia and Europe.Partner with HR Shared Services team members to develop, monitor, and meet the established SLAs and KPIsRole Requirements:  8+ months of working experience in the Human Recourses field.The candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Proficient English is essential. Proficient in Portuguese is a nice to have. Proactive, independent individual with the ability to focus on the task at hand. Confidence in making instinctual and logical decisions with little or no supervision. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and results-oriented approach. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are nice to have. Demonstrates patience and willingness to help employees, regardless of an employee's level and role within the organization.Demonstrates respect for the non-disclosure of information, which may be confidential or sensitive in nature. Remains calm, professional, and concise when addressing stressful situations. .
