People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams- ** Collaborative partners.** People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.- ** Detail-oriented process improvers.** Critical thinkers who naturally see opportunities to develop and optimize work processes - finding ways to simplify, standardize and automate.**What you Will Do**:The Associate Product Development Technician is responsible to create custom 3D bone models from the scans provided for the scanning facility or sales representative.**Technical Responsibilities**:- Process CT Scan data and convert those files into 3D bone models used to develop patient-specific instrumentation- Preparation of surgical planning guides- Read and work from various clinical imaging including x-rays and CT scans.- Creation of prints and STL parts from CAD models supplied by the engineering department- Ensure standard templates used for design are current and updated in a timely fashion.- Track the status of each case using internal software.**Business Responsibilities**:- Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding business objectives.- Provide support to the engineering team when necessary.- Understand the product's intended use and clinical procedures.- Any other tasks that sit outside your current role from time to time to support the activities of the business.**Med Device Compliance**:- Mentor others as a business unit expert on the usage of industry standards, including design requirements and test strategies per applicable regulations.- Lead others to create and refine engineering documentation, such as the Design History file and create more progressive technical content.- Contribute to R&D procedures and development of industry standards working closely with cross-functional business units.**General Responsibilities**:- Learn procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required.- Work on problems in limited scope; purposefully learn while gaining experience.- Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work.- Build stable relationships.- Contribute to the project as a team member.**What you need**:- High-school degree or technical degree is preferred; in related fields.- 1 year of working experience is desirable (related experience within the medical device industry is strongly preferred)- CAD Software proficiency.- Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project).- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Able to work with all levels of management.- Ability to collect and interpret, complex data and information.**Know someone at Stryker?**:**About Stryker**:Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
