Associate Quality Systems Specialist (Junior)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Conducts Documentation control and system configuration activities, related to Quality Systems documents (procedures, validation reports and other).Coordinates activities with internal clients, programmers and operating personnel, as appropriate.Identifies and anticipated requirements for compliant computerized operations and suggests methods for the identification, implementation and maintenance of the procedures, actions and documentation necessary to assure compliance according to the appropriate international regulations (21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485:2016).Reports on the status about Documentation control related to Transfer activities.Performs system administration and configuration of quality information technology systems.**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**- Bachelors degree required.- 0- 1 years of experience required or recent graduate.- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills, Bilingual (English / Spanish) 90-100% desired.**Nice to Have**- Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).- Knowledge and understanding of Global and Local policies and procedures relevant to Quality which includes compliance & regulatory, FDA, GMP,control for manufacturing Medical Devices, and ISO 13485.- Basics about: Microst Excel, Lean Sigma tools, Power BI, SAP (desired).**About the company**Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
