What you will do Sourcing Team support:Collaborate with sourcing team on day to day ad-hoc sourcing requests, processes and analysis.Assist with supplier management processes: new supplier identification, selection and negotiation.Assist in the development and execution of project implementation plans to assure a successful program roll-out and compliance.Analytical thinking towards identifying and suggesting to client best approach.Preparation of documentation, tracking of process, dashboards, measures related to Sourcing environment.Operative day to day follows up of expected assigned task under sourcing projects according to client requirements. Data management and analysis:Perform sourcing business data analysis according to the provided parameters.Maintain documents, tools and reports and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.Conduct data analysis with the ability to quickly identify trends, discrepancies and cost reduction opportunities.Assist in conducting market and supplier landscape analysis.Monitor and report supplier evaluations and performance.Monitor and report program compliance.All other job-related duties as requested. What you should bring Education: High school diploma, 2-year Associate Degree (field related), Graduate or equivalent experience.Experience: 0-1 year previous procurement work experience.Languages: required to be fluent in Spanish and English.Portuguese is a PLUS.OTHER SKILLSKnowledge of P2P tools - end user functionality, ERP/P2P systems SAP/Oracle (a plus).In depth knowledge of purchase to pay processes.Adhere to all organizational procurement policies and procedures.Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility.
