Our Product Strategy team is seeking a passionate Project Manager to support the establishment of a collaboration framework & toolkit for effective Go to Market activities. As such, we are looking for highly motivated individuals who are seeking to meaningfully empower our business partners with tools that drive our Product Strategy. In this role, you will serve as a Change Advocate and connector, engaging with peers across all MA Operating Units and Go to Market functions (Engineering & Development, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to drive accountability and adoption of agreed standards. You will also strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnershipAs part of the Central Product Strategy Team, this role will manage initiatives across Moody's Analytics' Operating Units and Functions.- Will support a high-profile cross-functional forum and other related forums looking to establish a collaboration framework & toolkit for effective Go to Market activities.- Will schedule meetings and timely communicate a clear agenda; prepare materials; track agreed-upon actions and ensure they are delivered within the agreed timeframe.- Will support session facilitation.- Will execute the communication strategy in coordination with stakeholders and partners within the organization through multiple channels.- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred with a minimum of Four (4) years of relevant experience.- Detail-oriented.- Customer-focused.- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel, and PowerPoint.- English proficiency, both written and spoken.- A can-do attitude, resourceful, adaptable, self-starter, and accountable, team-player with the motivation to innovate, model and drive change.- With the ability to interact with people at all levels in a multicultural environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.- Experience working with Jira, Miro, Trello, SQL, and SFDC is a plus.- Experience working with technology teams, managing requirements, and design-related activities is a plus.- Lean Six Sigma Training is a plusCentral Product Group OUMoody's is an equal opportunity employer.
