Any other language is a plus- ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus- Power Bi Knowledge.**Qualifications & experience**:- Experience using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools/technologies, such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.- Experience working in Agile environment with the ability to translate business needs into business requirements, and then implement.- JavaScript, HTML, CSS- Java, C# or Microsoft Technology (VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services).- Other Scripting languages (e.g., Python, PERL, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)- Should have knowledge or working experience with database like Sql Server, My Sql- Good experience on working with various OCR plug-ins for data extraction from documents- Working on test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.**Physical & mental requirements**:- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, multi-task and meet deadlines consistently- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment- Effective problem-solving skills**Know someone at Stryker?**:**About Stryker**:Stryker is one of the world's leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
