Automation Integrator / Capability Owner

As an experienced automation software engineer, serves as site expert and main point of contact with customers and technology partners for process & machine integration/controls capabilities and changes. Owns site automation integration business process and capability change documentation / execution standards. Coordinates requirements, identifies new capabilities based on adoption needs and ensures proper documentation is in place. Serves as escalation point for incident resolution and drives incident reduction programs. Plays key role in aligning technology development and business capability road-maps and adoption plans for the site, including representing integrated needs in cross-functional and cross-site teams. Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs. Position may include some software development of related enhancements, supplemental systems, and/or support and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, factory automation, software development, project management, software quality assurance is an added advantage.
- Advanced English Level.
