BI Platform Engineering position within Intel's Information Technology group, Enterprise Platform Engineering organization will focus on Engineering, deployment and enabling BI capabilities, You'll be part of a global Platform Engineering team delivering BI Platform engineering and L3 support that utilizes Agile and DevOps principles. You will be involved in the design, development, validation, integration and Platform support of BI Tools (Power BI and SSAS ) using private and public cloud infrastructure. Ensure the system improvements are successfully implemented, drive platform automation and provide consulting for developers and super users. Should also enable solutions that take into account APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to platform stability and overall solution.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Managing/Supporting BI platforms.
- 1+ years of experience with SSAS, SSIS OR Power BI.
- 1+ years of experience Performance Tuning SSAS cubes OR Power BI reports.
- Advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Enabling, Enhance and Engineering new product capabilities.
- Provide Development consulting support for all the Project team.
- Experience in providing Logging, Error handling by using Event Handler, and Custom Logging for SSIS Packages.
- Expertise in What-If Analysis using Excel, Power Pivot Reports and Drill Through Dashboards using Warehouses and OLTP Connections.
- Expertise in Tabular Data Modelling for Moderate to Large Data Systems.
- Good to have experience on Power shell, python, shell scripting, TSQL.
- Work in agile safe framework.
