You will report to the Clarity COO and will play a critical role in ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the billing processes. Other responsibilities include identifying and developing end-user requirements for billing platform enhancements and implementing billing workflow management process improvements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Interpret contracts and amendments to discern how to implement billing changes and account set up for new and existing clients- Ensure the timely completion of new client billing setup and maintenance of existing billing accounts for client invoicing purposes.- Collaborate with sales, sales support, finance, pricing, and other cross functional teams to obtain information necessary for account grouping, maintenance, monthly billing processes, and ad hoc billing adjustments.- Retrieve research to respond to incoming billing-related questions. Provide information, explain policies and procedures, and facilitate a resolution to billing inquiries.- Create billing worksheets containing relevant data and instructions to be processed.- Quantify billing adjustments and generate manual billing requests in accordance with company policies, procedures, and timelines.- Assist cross-functional teams with creating functional requirements for billing system processing and infrastructure improvements designed to automate billing data gathering and increase processing efficiency.- Prepare and/or process billing-related documentation and desk procedures. Review documents for accuracy and completeness, and update information and/or evaluate against relevant policies.- Provide professional and courteous interactions with sales and other teams.- Complete special projects as required, and perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:- 3+ years of experience in Billing area- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and processes.- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to learn systems quickly.- Oracle E-Business or ERP System experience (Preferred/Helpful)- Strong analytical skills and ability to process information logically.- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.- Self-motivation with a drive for excellence.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a team environment.- Ability to interpret written client contracts.- Excel skills required.
