**About the Role**:Tebra is looking for a Billing Specialist(s) that will perform various activities to support our company's accounting department and billing processes.**Your Area of Focus**:- Manage inbound calls regarding billing inquiries- Outbound calls to collect payment on overdue balances- Manage and work salesforce cases related to billing and collection inquiries- Downloading and explaining invoices to customers- Assisting customer with updating method of payment on file- Confirming customer payment method on file- Processing payment re-attempts**Your Professional Qualifications**:- Intermediate Salesforce knowledge and experience- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience- Fluent in English; verbal and written- 1+ years answering inbound phone calls- A professional and friendly demeanor for our customers and colleagues- Making quick and accurate math calculations is essential- Confidence, self-motivation, and diligent with strong organizational skills- Ability to prioritize and execute many assignments in a quick and efficient manner- Experience in a software company, healthcare and accounts receivable- High School Diploma required**About Tebra**:Kareo and PatientPop have joined forces to become Tebra, the digital backbone for practice well-being.
