Provides analytical support to HR, Finance and other support departments. Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and provides summaries of data. Works on special projects as directed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
- Works with HR, Finance and other support departments to create data flows and automate existing processes
- Ad hoc analyses for management
- Develops models for analyzing efficiency initiatives, or other business issues
- Tests and maintains management reports
- Compiles and loads data received from different departments utilizing spreadsheet and database applications
- Preparation for management reviews as required
- Validates accuracy of reported #s
- Coordinates robust testing plans for new enhancements.
- Distributes reports

Education:
Required Educational: High School/G.E.D.
Bachelor degree in data analytics preferred
