About the Role: Provide the necessary support to all functional areas of the company for MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations) purchases. Your Responsibilities Include: Execute procurement procedures for the acquisition of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and assets for the company from both local and international providers. Manage the end-to-end process of MRO purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to procurement protocols. Review requisitions and follow-up purchase orders within the Ariba system per established procedures. Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with external providers to ensure seamless procurement processes and favorable terms. Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and quality service agreements. Foster strong communication and service delivery to internal stakeholders, addressing their MRO needs promptly and efficiently. Evaluate the performance of MRO providers through periodic assessments, facilitating informed decisions on supplier selection to enhance organizational efficiency. Conduct comparative analyses to identify optimal MRO providers, contributing to cost-effectiveness and overall company benefit. Uphold the balance between cost and quality in procurement activities, actively pursuing cost-saving opportunities without compromising on standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to MRO procurement processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategic projects to streamline operations. Generate comprehensive reports tracking MRO savings by department, facilitating informed decision-making. Monitor MRO consumption trends and patterns, proactively addressing any deviations or inefficiencies to optimize supplier negotiations. What We're Looking For: Licenciature degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Field Related. English Level desired: B2:70-79%. Desired knowledge: SAP, Inventory. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
