You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.**About the role**:Perform analysis to ensure that the company's inventory levels are optimized, and products are readily available to meet customer demand. Create and develop projects to maximize capacity and improve processes. Satisfy our clients product requirements through an efficient control and programming of company resources.**Your responsibilities include**:- Demand Forecasting/Planning.- Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company.- Satisfy established raw material inventory levels.- Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related to the area.- Conduct production planning to effectively comply with product requirements, maintaining a balance between the clients' requirements and the site´s efficiency and inventory level.- Obtain an effective use of labor and equipment.- Achieve timely communication with operative areas (Production, Purchasing, etc.) with direct influence on their functions, and with the entire organization in general.- Follow up on the production plan through defining appropriate quantities, distribution and times in order to achieve maximum operative efficiency.- Perform the capacity requirement analysis, with a monthly frequency as minimum.- Inventory Analysis: Regularly analyze inventory levels to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. Monitor stock levels of fast-moving and slow-moving items.- Replenishment Planning: Develop and implement replenishment strategies to maintain appropriate stock levels on site.- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize various data analysis tools and software to generate reports.- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to the supply chain, such as supplier disruptions, transportation issues, or changes in market conditions.- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance and streamline replenishment processes.- Communication and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse operations.**What we're looking for**:- Bachelor or Licenciature degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.- English Level: 90%.
