Job Description:Buyer Procurement Operations IHuntsman is seeking a Buyer Procurement Operations I supporting the GBS Americas Division located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Team Lead Procurement Operations.Huntsman Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2021 revenues of approximately $8 billion. We operate more than 70 manufacturing, R&D and operations facilities in approximately 30 countries and employ approximately 9,000 associates within our four distinct business divisions.As the Job Title you will:- Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimize price, delivery, and terms.- Manage and ensure the purchasing of materials, services and/or equipment for the assigned purchasing portfolio, within the set procurement policies and guidelines established on unit or organization level, to ensure an uninterrupted and timely supply in line with the objectives of the operational team.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.- +2 years of experience.- Advanced English.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Chemical Industry.- Experience using SAP.- Self-Motivated.- Self-Development oriented.- Problem Solving.- Initiative and Proactive.Huntsman offers unsurpassed opportunities to build a successful future.
