The primary responsibility of this role is the management and administration of contracts within SAP. Key tasks include data verification and entry for materials, vendors, terms, quantities, and demand. Additionally, the Buying Support Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders, including modification and maintenance within the system.**What extra ingredients you will bring**:- Contribute to growth objectives by providing ideas and participating in training sessions.- Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to run macros.- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is highly desirable.- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.- Preferred experience in billing processes, accounting knowledge, Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Six Sigma (Greenbelt), Kaizen, or Lean (Yellowbelt).- Demonstrate a positive attitude, dynamism, and a strong desire to advance within the company.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.**Education / Certifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.**Job specific requirements**:- Proficiency in SAP is required.- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.- Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is advantageous.**Work schedule**:HybridNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary- Our Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
