Job Description Global Finance is searching for a Cash Application representative who will be a key contributor to the AR Cash applications Team. The Ideal candidate will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with a positive, upbeat attitude and the fervent desire to provide the highest level of support possible to the team and clients. You will be a high-performing resource providing support to Experian customer, responding to the requests for information, documentation, payment application such as ACHs, Wires, cheques, credit cards, checking accounts, etc. Accurate applications and understanding of the tasks will be a key for this role. You will address high volumes of email requests from internal and external departments making sure all requirements are met. Manage inbound and outbound email inquiries within 24-48 hours. Handle high volumes of payment application. Ability to work with credit cards and checking accounts enrollment. Ability to work effectively within a diverse team and to communicate with others is crucial. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. Qualifications High School Diploma as minimum academic requirement. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Cash Application. Advanced English level. Experience understanding the Lockbox Process and banking terminology. Experience maintaining control over cash; understanding bank statements and reconciliation of Bank Statements. Experience in cash applications ERP Systems. Excellent communication skills as this role will be conducting external conversations with the Banks: Banking Relationship (Lockboxes) and regular internal conversations with Accounting, IT, Collections, AP, among others.
