Casino Brand Manager

We are looking for a talented Brand Manager to grow new gaming brands. The candidate will be responsible for shaping the brands outward image by uncovering consumer insights and driving marketing campaigns, while finding new ways of attracting and retaining customers and improving the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies Shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Making decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Qualifications/ Skills Strong c reative and analytical   thinking Strong leadership and project management Data-driven thinking Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives Organization and responsibility Collaboration and teamwork English Proficiency Oral/written Casino experience This is an on-site, full-time position and requires candidates to be able to work legally in Costa Rica.
