Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a Change Mangement Project Coordinator > YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a temporary position (6 months) Projects Coordinator in the area of Change Management to support with the following elements:Communication Material Development: Support with the creation and revision of clear and consistent communication materials for various channels and meetings.Stakeholder Mapping and Training: Provide support for training sessions, such as "New Ways of Working"Resourceand Initiative Assessment: Support theeffectiveness evaluation of Change Management initiatives regularly. Recommendand implement additional resources or initiatives as needed to enhance success. YOUR PROFILE You are the right fit for this project if you areeager to work on a strategic topic and have the following background and relevantcompetencies:Relevant backgroundBusiness Administration, or similar.
