**CHANGE MANGEMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR**:Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **Change Mangement Project Coordinator**>**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:We are looking for a temporary position (6 months) Projects Coordinator in the area of Change Management to support with the following elements:- Communication Material Development: Support with the creation and revision of clear and consistent communication materials for various channels and meetings.- Stakeholder Mapping and Training: Provide support for training sessions, such as "New Ways of Working"- Resource and Initiative Assessment: Support the effectiveness evaluation of Change Management initiatives regularly. Recommend and implement additional resources or initiatives as needed to enhance success.**YOUR PROFILE**:You are the right fit for this project if you are eager to work on a strategic topic and have the following background and relevant competencies:Relevant backgroundBusiness Administration, or similar.
