Drive a sustainable model to grow in the traditional channel while leveraging strong brands, dedicated resources (Key Account Juniors and Promotores de Demada) and deep channel knowledge.

Costa Rica DTT represents 60 of volume in Confectionery (chocolate, gums and fruity confection) and Pet Care categories in Costa Rica.

Opportunity lies within perfect store implementation to exploit potential in high traffic stores and map out opportunities for smaller trade.

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Management: ensuring and recommending the right products, in the right place, at the right time with 100 focus on core and their numeric distribution increasing.

2. Budget Controls: manage and recommend trade investments only with healthy ROIs of at least 4 to 1 to ensure long term brand building aligned to market strategy. Ensure healthy inventory levels in each distributors warehouses.

3. Business Planning and Development: ability to proactively anticipate channel and market dynamics by having multiple contingency plans available to ensure sales maintain pace and don't suffer

4. Perfect Store: implement perfect store practices for DTT to ensure sustainability of distribution model. Complement data tracking on distribution with in store audits and supervision.

5. Customer Relation: able to relate to people at all levels in the organization to build and manage internal/external relationships involving all stakeholders.

6. Category Expertise: understand, apply and transfer category and brand knowledge by working closely with Category Leaders and Customer Marketing.

7. Numerical approach: able to use Nielsen and sell:out data for fact:based arguments and go beyond with shopper insights that can help transform the
