Chat Customer Service Associate At Pavas New Account With Growing Opportunities

You will be assisting customers over CHATS by utilizing probing questions to fully understand their issues, use decisionsupport tools and resources to resolve customer concerns that are nonstandardunstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
Also, you will be required to demonstrate functional skills in communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer with focus on firstcall resolution.

SKILLSEXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGE What wed like to see in CHAT candidates

High School Diploma or above
90 verbal and written communication skills in English
Typing skills 35 words per minute
6 Month Customer Service Experience
Previous Call Center Experience is a plus
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
Availability to Work at Concentrix Pavas Chat account
