Be Bayer.****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Technical specialist to make test of starting materials, device components, packaging materials and drug products according to approved and validated test methods.- Support testing and implementation of raw materials / incoming materials sampling process, transfer, and inspection.- Responsible of executing qualification and validation protocols, in collaboration with other team members.- Responsible of correctly following the SOP.- Responsible of analytical instruments and minor troubleshooting.- Support to the Chemist and Laboratory Supervisor when it needs for analytical or test equipment.- Support of quality laboratory, reagents, and consumable inventory for daily operation.- Responsible of testing materials according to the analysis plan of the laboratory.- Responsible for the reliability of the daily analyses and results, data integrity, OOS and CAPA analysis, root cause investigation.- Support to calibration and maintenance programs for the quality laboratory equipment.- Laboratory metrics to comply.- Team member to track progress and escalate to Laboratory supervisor.- Perform OOS assessment with the Laboratory Supervisor.- Notify deviations to process and SOP when it needs.- Report conformity/nonconformity for testing analysis and notify Laboratory Supervisor when it needs.**WHO YOU ARE**- Required undergraduate degree in Analytical Chemist Laboratorist.- At least 1 year of experience in chemical laboratories.- Advanced English level, both written and spoken required.- Ability to work individually and detail oriented.- Ability to work in methodologic and organized way.- Ability to follow technical instructions and indications.- Ability to manage and report technical information and reports.- Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.- Ability to work in a team environment.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
