Our vision is to provide proactive care and smart recovery to our patient community who are fighting cardiovascular disease through innovative connected solutions.**Responsibilities**:Design and document robust cloud solutions per well architected standards and best practices that are cost effective, resilient, scalable and aligned with business strategy utilizing architecture methodologyDevelop and deploy end-to-end cloud solutions using IaC and DevOps principlesTest, Qualify and Troubleshoot scripts to ensure quality deliverablesConduct peer code reviews and communicate findings methodicallyWorking on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelinesRemain well-versed in latest technologies and cloud architecture patterns to provide them as potential solutions to business opportunitiesExecute, plan and participate in projects utilizing Agile project management principals and tools.Promote a culture of innovation and mutual advancementDesign and follow quality control and test procedures to ensure the deliverables meet established design and performance goals**Required Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering6+ years of Information Technology industry experience.Demonstrated experience with best of Breed Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutions**Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following**: AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon S3, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, and Amazon QuickSightDeep understanding of AWS Regions, Availability Zones, End Points, Local Zones, Outpost and Python.Demonstrated experience in deploying AWS Network Components like VPC, Transit Gateway, route tables etcFamiliarity with Network Firewall such as Palo Alto or any Cloud Native FirewallsDemonstrated experience on best practices for AWS account setup, governance, and architectureImplementing enterprise-wide scalable and high-availability solutions in a cloud environmentDemonstrated experience with DevOps concepts like CI/CD, blue green deployments etc.Demonstrated experience with DevOps concepts including IaC using AWS CDK, CloudFormation or Terraform, configuration management using Chef, and Ansible, CI/CD using Jenkins, CodeDeploy, etc;Demonstrated experience with GITPython, C++ or other Object-Oriented Programming and troubleshooting skills preferredFamiliarity with container and resource management technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Mesos preferredUnderstanding core security concepts and ability to turn security requirements into robust designsCertifications in related disciplines required such as AWS Cloud Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner etcExcellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectivesUnderstanding Agile methodologies and demonstrated experience working in oneAbout Edwards LifesciencesEdwards Lifesciences is the global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, as well as critical care and surgical monitoring.
