It isn't a question.The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be covering a temporary leave, leading identified markets in the Region and coordinating Global processes. The person that will hold this position will be playing crucial role leading and ensuring that compensation and benefits administration processes are delivered timely within established frames in all countries.This role will be customer facing and receive activity via ServiceNow, Workday, leading the following activities.**Key Responsibilities**- Owning the job evaluations process.- Supervising the annual job catalogue refresh process.- Participating in data verification processes specifically relating to the misalignment of job profiles.- Supports salary decision guidance, as part of the Request Comp Change, Job Change and Recruitment processes.- Responsible for proactive salary management within the aligned countries and coordinate final process for all countries in the Region.- Leading benefits survey submissions.- Lead identification of opportunities to change / update the Benefits offering, incl. reviewing, etc.- Lead vendor negotiation, ensuring the best possible coverage / offering for employees at the best rate.- Lead process to ensure vendors deliver against agreed SLAs and with high levels of quality and customer experience.- Lead the management of Performance configuration for all countries within the Region/Ensure correct merit plan assignment.- Coordinate the management of bonus for countries in the Region.- Lead analysis of the total employment cost and resolves any inconsistencies.- Lead Equity Reviews using standard tools and processes and records retention of documents related to equity reviews.**Why you?****Basic Qualifications**:**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar field.- 4-year experience in a reward role (gained in a large corporation or a specialist consulting organization).- High level of expertise in standard MS Office software, especially Excel.
