Compensation Manager LATAM and CanadaJob Description The Role / Responsibilities: The Compensation Manager will be responsible for the support of all three Moody's Business Entities: Moody's Investor Services (MIS); Moody's Analytics (MA); or Moody's Shares Services (MSS) in the Latin America Region and Canada. This role will work closely with the Global Compensation team to ensure all Global Compensation processes are implemented and executed in the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and other HR leadership to support all compensation related matters for three Moody's Business Entities: Moody's Investor Services (MIS); Moody's Analytics (MA); or Moody's Shares Services (MSS) in Latin America Region (Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru and Panama) and Canada
- Support survey management and salary structure creation for the Region
- Manage the Pay Equity analysis for Canada
- Support the process for the evaluation of current compensation programs through research, surveys, and analysis of trends and/or vendor management for the Region
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure compliance with budgets and legal requirement on processes supported
- Develop an effective communication strategy to support the regions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), MBA or Master's degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of HR Experience demonstrating knowledge of compensation policies, processes and practices
- Spoken and written English and Spanish
- Must have worked in a global environment
- Must possess an understanding of compensation program development, analysis, and administration
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with compensation technology solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively remotely
- Must be a self-starter and be comfortable sensitive and confidential issues

Experience with SuccessFactors preferred
