Contact Center Analyst is in charge of resolving inquiries from vendors and internal colleagues related to invoices or payments status. The Contact Center Analyst receives the requests thru phone calls or emails; s/he creates a request in system, and provides a resolution according to each issue. When resolution cannot be provided on the spot, the Contact Center Analyst will escalate the issue.
Excellent attention to detail
Navigation in Oracle's Payables module
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Demonstrated team contributor
Professional, enthusiastic and positive team player
Strong communication and organization skills
