The Content Manager for the GSS team will help write and develop engaging content for a variety of channels.The person in this role will also have project management responsibilities including discovery sessions, SOP creation, reviews and revisions, timelines, and final deliverables as well as developing and managing a Content Management System.You will work closely with process owners to document step-by-step information, contribute to map processes, write, update and maintain SOPs for GSS team members and stakeholders.In this role, you will develop high-quality, clear, concise, and straightforward content for internal and external audiences while driving improvements in content readability, discoverability, and usability for multiple user profiles. You will proofread text and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, as well as verify factual correctness of information.
